As the new year dawns, I have been encouraged by some fellow explorers to enter a new world - the blogging world, one of the many new forms of communication today. The goal of this blog is to point you, the reader, towards the immovable and unchanging truth of God's Word. In a world of relativism and pluralism, it is the truth we need most as we seek to navigate our way through an ever changing world. God's truth provides us a pathway to the true meaning and reality of life. It is my prayer and desire that you might not only discover this ancient path to God, but that you will also walk on the ancient pat;. that you might find rest for your soul, and enjoy the goodness of the One who is named the Ancient of Days. This infinite, eternal, glorious Creator, God, spoke to a nation that, like us, had lost its way by the prophet Jeremiah saying...
"Stand by the ways and see and ask for the ancient paths, Where the good way is, and walk in it; And you will find rest for your souls. But they said, 'We will not walk in it." (Jer. 6:16)
I trust you will not be unbelieving, or filled with doubt, but in faith join together with me and discover true rest for your soul.
